The total initial investment for your Winmar Construction franchise will be between $160,300 and $190,500.
As a Winmar Construction franchise owner, you will be responsible for a $75,000 Winmar Construction franchise fee.
While it is preferred that you possess some construction and/or trade work experience, more important is our Franchisees possessing strong business backgrounds and experience to help ensure their success as a Winmar Construction Franchisee.
In addition to your initial 10- day on-site Winmar Construction Training Program, you will also receive ongoing operations, marketing, estimating, accounting and technical support to ensure your business stays up-to-date with our corporate systems.
We will provide you with all needed advertising and promotional materials, as well as a jump start on obtaining a client base of your own, as most metro areas in the United States already possess some loyal Winmar Construction customers you will begin to service directly once you being operations in your assigned Territory.
Upon completion of your Franchise Training Program we will provide you a copy of our Comprehensive Franchise Operations Manual. This manual is designed to augment the in-person training you will receive,and with regular updates, keep you and your staff current to the operating standards expected and technical techniques used as a Winmar Construction Franchisee.
Yes. You will be assigned and agree to your Winmar Construction Franchise Territory assignment upon signing your Winmar Construction Franchise Agreement. This territory will remain protected as long as you are an active Franchisee with Winmar Construction.
Yes, multiple locations are allowed, and encouraged.
